 “Quilken” is a word from the Cornish Language – it simply means “Frog”  –

representing transformation and metamorphosis

Quilken consists of a select group of associate consultants specialising in Strategic Business Transformation, Organisational Effectiveness & Leadership Development.

Our consultants all come from Corporate backgrounds and have all experienced life in the “front line” before spending many years devoted to coaching and international consulting.

Our mission is to help you optimise the performance and the effectiveness of you and your organisation in service of hard results.

We utilise pragmatic approaches that draw upon many business and change techniques.

The result is a suite of flexible consultancy, coaching and training interventions that meet your specific needs

 

Catherine Fennell is Managing Director of Quilken Ltd.

Cathy has broad experience in many businesses – from  Retail Sales Mgr to HR, Finance and Global IT Outsourcing.  Before forming Quilken, she worked  for 13 years within IBM as a coach & lead consultant focusing on strategic change & leadership development initiatives with World Wide & EMEA Executives.  She has coached, trained & facilitated countless numbers of managers, professionals and private individuals, and is currently doing research on Coaching and its tangible business impact.  

Cathy is a member of the International Coach Federation & Corporate Coach U. She has undertaken an MBA at Henley Management College, and is trained in NLP, TQM, ISO9000, Hay McBer Leadership Behaviours, Organisational & Team Dynamics, advanced interpersonal, mediation & change facilitation skills.

THE TEAM –

Cathy draws upon a team of carefully selected associate consultants, all of whom run their own businesses.

All Quilken associates are chosen because of their expertise in their field and their solid ability to deliver at high levels.

Their specialist areas cover  TQM,  Corporate Branding, Coaching, Organisational Psychology, Psychometrics research, International Culture ,  Sales Management and Change management.

Together, they have worked in many industries including  Retail, Finance, Media, Automotive, IT, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing to name but a few.
